নমস্কার, নন্দন রেস্টুরেন্ট আপনাদের বিশাল সমর্থনের জন্য আপনাদের কাছে চিরকৃতজ্ঞ। আপনারাই সেইসব ব্যক্তিত্ব যারা আমাদেরকে স্থানীয় অন্য রেস্তোরাঁর চেয়ে অগ্রাধিকার দিয়েছেন এবং আমাদের মসৃণ সমৃদ্ধিকে নিশ্চিত করেছেন। শুরু থেকে, নন্দন সর্বদা স্বচ্ছতা আর সততার দিকে মনোনিবেশ করে এসেছে এবং এখন পর্যন্ত এটিকে এগিয়ে নিয়ে যাচ্ছে। এবং আমরা প্রতিশ্রুতি দিচ্ছি যে এটি আজীবনের জন্য একই থাকবে।

1994 সালের 5 নভেম্বর মহালয়ার পূন্যতিথিতে আমরা আমাদের যাত্রা শুরু করেছি। এই ২৮ বছরে আমরা পেয়েছি প্রচুর ভালোবাসা। আমরা প্রথমদিন থেকে গ্রাহকদের জন্য কঠোর পরিশ্রম করেছি আর আপনারা ভালোবাসা এবং অগ্রাধিকার দিয়ে সেই ক্লান্তি দূরীকরণ করেছেন। সেই কারণে, রেস্তোরাঁটি বহরমপুরের আরও বেশি এলাকায় পরিবেশন করার উদ্দেশ্যে আগের দিনের তুলনায় ব্যাপকভাবে তার ডানা বিস্তার করছে। সম্পূর্ন ভেজ রেস্টুরেন্ট হিসেবে এটা আমাদের কাছে অনেক বড় অর্জন, যা আপনাদের কৃপা ও আশীর্বাদ ছাড়া কখনই সম্ভবপর ছিল না। প্রিয় নন্দনে নতুন সংযুক্তি তাই এখন আমরা আমাদের নির্বিচ্ছিন্য গ্রাহকদের কিছু পারিতোষিক দেওয়ার কথা ভেবেছি।
(We have started our journey on 5th November in 1994. In this 28 years, we have got huge love. We have worked hard and our lovable customers has paid it off. For that reason, the restaurant are spreading its wings largely than previous day to serve more area of Berhampore. As a pure veg restaurant it is a very big achievement to us. But it could not be possible without your grace and blessings. Now it’s time to return something to our customers.)
আমরা স্বানন্দে ঘোষণা করছি যে আমরা আমাদের রেস্তোরাঁয় একটি নতুন সিটিং সেগমেন্ট স্থাপন করতে যাচ্ছি। আপনাদের আপ্রাণ ভালোবাসার কারণে , রেস্টুরেন্টটিতে বেশিরভাগ সময় ভিড় থাকে। সুতরাং একটি টেবিল খালি না হওয়া পর্যন্ত আপনাদের কিছু মুহূর্ত অপেক্ষা করতে হয়। আমরা এটা লক্ষ্য করেছি এবং এর জন্য দুঃখিত। আমরা জানি যে আপনার সময়টি অনেকটা মূল্যবান, সেই কারণে আমরা এই পদক্ষেপ নিতে যাচ্ছি।

নতুন সিটিং সেগমেন্ট আমাদের গ্রাহকদের তাদের বিশেষ মুহুর্তগুলো আরও বড় করে উৎযাপন করতে সাহায্য করবে। এছাড়াও এতে দৈনন্দিন গ্রাহকদের জরুরি সময় বাঁচবে। যেখানে এখন আমরা একবারে কিছু গ্রাহককে সেবা দিতে সক্ষম, নতুন সেগমেন্ট এটিকে কয়েকগুণ করে দেবে। এই উদ্যোগ একদিকে যেমন আমাদের গ্রাহকদের ব্যক্তিগত আলোচনা ও সময়যাপনে জন্য বিশেষ সুবিধা দেবে, অন্যদিকে আমাদের আজকের চেয়ে আরও ভালোভাবে আপনাদেরকে পরিবেশন করার সুযোগ করে দেবে।

আমরা আশ্বাস দিচ্ছি যে এই কার্যপ্রক্রিয়াটি আমাদের রেস্তোরাঁর কোনও কাজে সমস্যা করবে না। গ্রাহকরা একই মানের খাবার, স্বাচ্ছন্দ্য এবং পরিবেশ পাবেন যা তারা আগে থেকে পেয়ে এসেছেন । এই মধ্যবর্তী সময়ে এর কিছুই পরিবর্তিত হবে না। তাই এটা নিয়ে চিন্তা করবেন না। যেহেতু আমরা আমাদের রেস্তোরাঁর একটি অংশ এই প্রক্রিয়ায় ভেঙে ফেলব, তাই একটা অস্থায়ী সময়ের জন্য আসনসংখ্যায় কিছুটা হ্রাস ঘটতে দেখা যেতে পারে। গ্রাহকদের নিরাপত্তার কথা চিন্তা করেই এটা আমাদের করতে হচ্ছে। কারণ, আপনার সুন্দর মুহূর্তের মাঝে আমরা কোনো অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত পরিস্থিতি উৎপত্তি চাই না।
(We assure that the process will not trouble to any operation of our restaurant. Customers will get same quality food, comfort and ambience that they have got before. Nothing will change at the mean time. So don’t worry about it. Since we will break a portion of our restaurant in process of enlarging, it may be the cause of reducing some sitting spots for a temporary period of time. It will be done for customer safety. We don’t want to create any unwanted situation. )
