              At Nandan Restaurant, we value our customers and strive to deliver fresh, hygienic, and delicious vegetarian food with every order. However, in rare circumstances, if there are issues with your order, our Return and Replacement Policy ensure a fair and prompt resolution.

Eligibility for Return or Replacement

You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

  1. Misplaced or Partially Delivered Orders
    • If any item from your order is missing, incorrectly delivered, or partially fulfilled, you are eligible for a replacement.
  2. Compromised Food Quality
    • If the delivered food is stale, undercooked, spoiled, or not as described, it qualifies for a return or replacement after proper verification.
  3. Damaged Packaging
    • If the food package is torn, tampered with, or damaged at the time of delivery, please report it immediately.

 

Policy Guidelines

To ensure smooth and fair handling of issues, please note the following:

  1. Reporting Timeframe
    • All complaints must be reported within 30 minutes of delivery. Complaints received after this period may not be eligible for return or replacement.
  2. Verification and Replacement Process
    • Once the issue is verified by our team, a replacement order will be prepared and delivered within 45 minutes of successful report confirmation.
    • The customer may be asked to share a photo of the food or package to assist in verification.
  3. Adjustment for Future Orders
    • If the customer chooses not to receive a replacement, the equivalent amount will be adjusted in their next order with Nandan Restaurant.
  4. Refund Policy
    • No cash or online refund is available. All compensations will be in the form of adjustments or replacement orders only.

    • If your order was placed through a third-party app (e.g., Swiggy, Zomato), please report the issue through the same platform for quicker resolution.
